The STILL Method was created as a tool to help children manage and overcome anxiety.
in 2019 we launched STILL Method workshops and after school clubs for children, who are taught by myself a trained licensed coach to help themselves to overcome anxiety and increase their wellbeing.
I am aware that anxiety at this time is hugely impacting on young people specifically during the current pandemic and adjusting to a new normal. At this time services such as CAMHS and Social Care are under a lot of pressure and dealing with a back log. I feel the STILL method would be a great programme to offer your young person to plug the gap with the hope that CAMHS/Social Care intervention could be lessened and so young people have tools to implement when they are feeling overwhelmed and anxious. I also feel this would support reduction of disruptive behaviours in school as the young people would be equipped with the technique to reduce their feeling of anxiety.
By close of week 6 of the after school workshop the young person will have learned tools which allow them to self-regulate and identify signs within themselves of when they are dysregulated.
Hypnosis focuses an increasing awareness of issues with emotions, eating and feeling of fullness. It will also focus your attention on how food can alleviate hunger, however not as an emotional outlet. There is no diet involved with weight loss hypnosis. You will be empowered to choose the right nutrition for you. Weight loss benefits continues long after your treatment has ceased. The reason for this is whilst hypnotised you are in a deep state which allows us to address any underlying issues subconsciously.
The treatment which has revolutionise weight release is called the Hypno Gastric-Band, it is designed to make you slimmer by making you truly believe that you have in fact had a real gastric band fitted through the use of hypnosis.
Only 8 months ago Hypno Gastric-Band was featured on the This Morning show which featured two sisters who had lost 5 stones in weight each. This was further proof of the powerful results that it provides people who have decided that they have some weight which they would like to release.
The reason it works so well is due to your mind and body being intimately linked. When you eat your tummy gets full quicker, as if its been shrunk. The other great thing about hypno gastric-band is that you also don't get any cravings, because you are full.

If you are suffering from: back pain, joint pain, IBS and want to manage and reduce your discomfort, you can achieve this through Hypnotherapy. Whilst under hypnosis you will be able to focus on relaxation and letting go of any distracting thoughts. You will become more open to specific suggestions and goals which will help you learn relaxing techniques. These will enable you to manage the anxious thoughts that you have around your pain.
75%-80% of smokers say they would like to quit. However, it takes the average smoker 5-10 attempts before they successfully quit through the standard methods. Therefore, if you are fed up with the smell smoking leaves on your clothes, the stains it leaves on your teeth, the smell of smoke that follows you around, the way your hair constantly smells of smoke, the loss of smell and taste, the way you look older than you actually are. And finally, the way that you are treated by society. Then give me a call or send me a message and you will become a Non-Smoker after just one session with me.
Any situation in which you feel frustrated, angry or anxious will bring on feelings of stress. Stress is a demand placed on your brain or physical body. Emotional problems such as: depression, anxiety, anger, grief, guilt and low self esteem. You can start to feel stressed when you have multiple competing demands being placed on you.
Have you ever thought that sometimes your stress comes from within you, rather than from society.
Anxiety is caused by a feeling of fear, worry or unease.
If you are suffering with anxiety the following may be the cause:
stress at work, stress from school, stress in a personal relationship, financial stress, stress from an emotional trauma (death of a loved one or relationship break up), stress from a serious medical illness and side effects from medication.
Are you extremely critical of yourself? Do you ignore your positive qualities or play them down? Is your opinion of yourself lower than your peers? Do you use negative words to describe yourself, such as ugly, fat, unloveable, stupid? Do you self talk which is always self-blaming, critical and negative? You don't take any credit for your achievements, preferring to believe that luck had played a large role in them. If someone pays you a compliment however, you don't believe it is genuine.
